Truffa affitti falsi, con false identità

Sto citando questo fatto perchè sto cercando casa in affitto a Bologna e mi è venuto un dubbio.

Il 14/02/2014 mi sono imbattuto in queste mail alquanto sospette. 

Rispondevo ad un annuncio letto su subito.it di una signora che affittava un trilocale in pieno centro storico a prezzo vantaggioso.

Dopo aver inviato la mia mail di interesse la presunta padrona scriveva:

Grazie per il vostro interesse ad affittare il mio appartamento. 

My Name is Carmela B. ,i am 30 years old.I inherited the apartment from my uncle when she passed away. I renovated the place 9 months ago .. The apartment is very clean,with new appliance,fully accessorized,all accessories you need to feel like home.You just need to bring your clothes.

That the apartment located in : Via Tanari Vecchia , 7 , 40121 Bologna, BO, Italia .

It is located on the 2 floor.It has 1 bedrooms,1 bathroom,1 kitchen and 2 living room (35 m2).

The rent is 500,00 EUR/ month.The first payment will be 1500,00 EUR.(2 months+500 deposit)

If the terms above are acceptable and you are still interested in the place, let me know . I wait  your email.

 At this point, I am in the Preston , UK, I working here for almost a year.

The contract will be how you want .(3 months , 6+6 months, 1+1 Year, 2+3 year ,4+4 year)

 -the apartment is available right now .

-the rent for one month is 500.00€ rent covers all utilities (water, electricity,gas, Internet, TV, garbage disposal, garage)

If you are interested to visit the apartment, please tell me you know what to do next.

Here in UK , is a company who dealing with rentals of apartments.

The company called  Real Estate , which will handle both payment and delivery of the Keys.

In order of that I have found a way for us to complete the deal safely and fast, and in this way you will receive the Keys in less than 2 days.

The keys is here with me in Preston, United Kingdom because in Italy ,I  don't have no one trusted to leave the keys.

Hello,

 The titles are already in  Real Estate's custody. They are preparing the package for the transport and the titles for the new tenant.

 Real Estate will make all the documents and paperwork for us, the transport agent will sign instead of me, because I will give him all the rights.

The contract will be , what time you want.

 I will explain to you step by step how this will work:

 1 - I go to the  Real Estate Office and leave the Keys and the contract in your name as the intended receiver.

2 - They will check the envelope to see if everything is OK with it and also the legal papers that will come along with the Keys.

3 - They will send you a delivery notification to let you know they have the Keys and the papers in their custody, in which you will be told that they have the Keys and that they checked it.

4 - You will only have to deposit to  Real Estate Service for  deposit - the price you shall pay for 2 month of rent +deposit will be 1500, with no extra taxes to pay  - so they can proceed with the shipping, and you can receive the keys and the contract. 

The  agent of Real Estate  bring the keys at your door.

5-  The payment method will be by wire transfer.The entire amount will stay in an protected account till you finish the Inspection Period.

I want to be safe for me and for you, I can not access the money until you sign the contract with them if you like the keys remain in you, if you do not like the money will be reimbursed back to you and the keys to me.

For your safety i give you my identity card for see who you talk to , but i give after complete the details for to be sure that you want to rent  my apartment.I hope understand me i am woman and i want to be carefully.

When you decide to rent my app and give me the all i need, i give my identity card but i you don't.

Vedendo l'immagine dell'entrata e paragonandole alle immagini che mi ha inviato la signora ho il sospetto che sia una truffa bella e buona. Sapete la differenza qual'è tra le immagine? che le foto dell'appartamento della signora sono eccezionali. Questa entrata senza citofono, senza cassetta delle lettere, senza il vetro alla porta invece no. 

Attenti alle truffe degli affitti falsi. Attenti alle e-mail sospette.
